Availability to work at the Client s site in Tallahassee, FL (required);
Technical or business work experience (3 years);
Experience with Modern Requirements and DevOps;
Experience writing technical documentation.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Analyze the current business processes of the Lottery and document using workflows, business requirements documents, and artifacts required for successful project management;
Research, recommend and implement better solutions for automated processes;
Analyze and implement changes to address any security vulnerabilities;
Assist in any project required;
Develop and maintain standard processes and procedures;
Identify processes for improvement, document existing processes, identify and analyze
gaps between current processes and product capabilities, design new processes, develop process performance measures and assist team with transition to a new process;
Handle day-to-day management of assigned projects and prioritize workload to ensure project deadlines are met.
