Job Title: Business Analyst

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with experience in the financial services industry, particularly in regulatory and risk projects. The ideal candidate will have direct experience in Large Trader Reporting (TPR) and a strong understanding of Credit Risk products. This role requires the ability to proxy as a product owner, work with Jira and Confluence, and collaborate with development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize expertise in financial services, regulatory, and risk projects to provide insights and guidance.
- Direct experience in Large Trader Reporting (TPR) with a focus on Credit Risk products.
- Proxy as a product owner and collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements.
- Work with Jira and Confluence to document and track project tasks and requirements.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into technical specifications.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure project success.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on regulatory and risk projects.
- Direct experience in Large Trader Reporting (TPR) and Credit Risk products.
- Strong understanding of regulatory concepts such as reporting in Basel, watch levels for institutional risk, and related concepts.
- Experience working with Jira and Confluence to document and track project tasks and requirements.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
