Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Gen AI professional with experience in Reranking and/or embedding to join our team in Irving, TX. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and a strong background in product development using LLMs. Experience with Chat, IVR, and Banking is a plus. The candidate should also have expertise in Vector Database & Graph DB and the ability to create effective embeddings, chunking, and indexing for RAG.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Utilize Large Language Models (LLMs) in product development projects.
2. Implement Reranking and/or Embedding techniques to enhance search functionality.
3. Collaborate with teams working on Chat, IVR, and Banking projects to integrate AI solutions.
4. Work with Vector Database & Graph DB (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus, Neo4j) to create effective embeddings, chunking, and indexing for RAG.
5. Develop and deploy Transformer/Neural Network models for various applications.
6. Utilize Open AI APIs and Open Source LLMs (e.g., Llama2, Mistral, Mixtral) in AI projects.
7. Understand and utilize frameworks like Langchain, Haystack for Agentic Workflows.
8. Create embeddings using MPNET, Ada models.
9. Apply advanced techniques like HyDE, MMR, LLM reranking for effective semantic search.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• Previous experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) in product development projects.
• Experience with Reranking and/or Embedding techniques.
• Experience in Chat, IVR, Banking domains is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Vector Database & Graph DB (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus, Neo4j).
• Strong understanding and experience with Transformer/Neural Network models.
• Familiarity with Open AI APIs and Open Source LLMs (e.g., Llama2, Mistral, Mixtral).
• Knowledge of frameworks like Langchain, Haystack for Agentic Workflows.
• Experience creating embeddings using MPNET, Ada models.
• Familiarity with advanced techniques like HyDE, MMR, LLM reranking for semantic search.

• This is a full-time position based in Irving, TX.
• Salary is negotiable based on experience.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship ( H1B Transfer, GCEAD, TN).
