Gloyeski Law Office is Hiring an Office Assistant/Paralegal Near Warsaw, IN
Fast paced bankruptcy firm has created a new job opening for a third paralegal in our Warsaw office.
REQUIREMENTS:
You must be great with people. If you are the person who talks to everyone- you are a great candidate already.
You must be computer literate and type at a reasonable speed. Must be able to tell us how many words per minute you type- take a test on line before interviewing.
You must be able to work independently, honest and hardworking.
RESPONSIBILITIES.
Clients will meet with you in person
You will set up appointments with attorney
You will scan documents and prepare under attorney's supervision
You will answer phones and set up follow up appointments.
You will provide a weekly report. Your work hours will be M-Thursday 9-5:30 . and Friday 9-5 pm with a half hour for lunch.
MUST BE ABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $32,500.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
