We are looking for a Night Shift Production Supervisor responsible for the overall operation that includes production, scheduling, and warehouse duties for the business.

CRITERIA FOR SUCCESS:

• Oversee and direct all production and warehouse personnel.
• Lead and promote safety policies in place.
• Learn all aspects of the business including all customer requirements.
• Understand, clearly articulate, and enforce all company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with Management on all quality and/or operation issues encountered.
• Assist in reporting equipment and facility-related repairs or issues.
• Respond to all requests and or requirements in a timely manner.
• Maintain a safe, neat, and orderly facility at all times
• Identify process deficiencies and report to management.
• Attend and/or lead all required training and safety sessions.
• Immediately, report all safety violations or unsafe work conditions.
• Assist in other areas of the operation when required.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• A minimum of 5 years as a supervision
• A minimum of 5 years experience in any kind of Steel related Industry.
• Communication skills (good spelling, punctuation, and grammar)• Customer Service orientation
• Knowledge of relevant software including Microsoft Office.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Maintain Confidentiality
• Good judgment and decision making
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Nigh Shift supervisor experience (Prefered)
