JOB DETAILS
Annual Salary: $68,640 - $79,040 ($33.00 - $38.00 per hour)
Schedule: 2ndShift 4:30 PM - 1:00 AM
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the scheduling activities of the shop floor, and shipping under the direction of the Operations Planner / Plant Manager following established procedures and approved processes. Able to identify personnel shortages from day to day
Supervise all production scheduling operations in your department so they are producing on schedule to be loaded and shipped on time
Plan, schedule, and coordinate departmental activities to fulfill sales orders meet inventory requirements and deliver quality manufactured products in a timely fashion
Communicate line problems, parts shortages, engineering problems, etc. to management
Maintain daily communication with team members and management to plan for the day/week/month
Continuously seek new and innovative ways to solve problems while maintaining focus on continuous improvement
Support team leaders/members in order to implement quality and productivity improvements through continuous improvement projects
Assist with Human Resources related functions, including employee hiring and retention, performance reviews, progressive discipline, and enforcement of Cornerstone’s policies and procedures
Emphasis on developing labor cost reduction system as well as maximizing efficiency
Balance safety, quality, productivity, and employee morale to achieve positive results in all areas
