We are seeking a hard-working Hydro Excavation Operator to join our rapidly moving team. In this position you will need to move between various tasks through the day, which means you will need to be able to move confidently and fluidly between interactions with members of your crew.

Candidates MUST have the following qualifications:

• 1 years’ experience as a hydro excavator / potholing and exposing utilities
• Willing and able to work overtime
• Ability to lift 75lbs repeatedly throughout the workday
• Walk on uneven ground and rough terrain, this is also a “working” position
• Able to work in all extreme weather conditions (sun, heat, rain, snow)
• Must be able to travel out of town on occasion
• Must be team oriented
• Must possess a Class A Commercial Drivers License.
• Ability to follow all OSHA standards and company safety policies

The following certifications are preferred, but not required:

• OSHA 10 and/or 30 hour course training
• Certified Machine Operator
• 1st Aid / CPR

Job duties include but not limited to:

• Potholing to expose existing utilities
• Filling out pothole logs
• Providing mud support for other crews
• Assisting with various paperwork to include: vehicle inspections and job safety analysis forms
• Lifting 75 pounds repeatedly throughout the workday
• Core drilling and backfilling
• Working overtime when necessary
• Able to work in all extreme weather conditions (sun, heat, rain, snow)
• Must be able to travel out of town on occasion
