Description:

• Coordinate with PM regarding review of project actual, variance explanations and forecast submission.
• Consolidate PRJ updates.
• Consolidate estimate regarding financial requests for different project initiatives
• Participate and occasionally drive Core Team Meeting
• Create meeting notes for various meetings.
• PPMC updates and maintenance
• Execute Project Plan updates.
• Upload docs to Share-point, EDRS and / or Shibumi and track approvals.
• Extract financial data for various (e.g. Business) decks
• Coordinate with Finance and PM for journal entries
• Partner with PM for various deck updates
• Help support sourcing process, SOW / PO creation, Contract intake form.
• EDRS routing and follow ups for approval.
• Raise tickets for production issues.
• EGR/GR vendor invoices / contractor hours
• Assist team for access/time reporting/finance/time related queries.
• Implement and evaluate PMO processes, procedures.
• Monitor ; report metrics on IT programs ; projects
• Support financial analysis on large projects.
• Maintain PMO best practice tools and documentation.

• BS in Business or equivalent
• 3 years IT project management experience
• Familiarity with IT costing and budgeting
• Familiarity with project management sw
