TITLE: Customer Service/ Inside Sales Associate (Member Services Associate)
LOCATION: Lebanon, NH (Semi-Remote 3 days in office/ 2 days work from home)

ROLE OVERVIEW
Global Rescue is looking to add an enthusiastic and motivated individual to our growing Customer Relations team. As the initial voice of Global Rescue, you will be working with our members through various communication avenues providing excellent customer service and identifying the right services for each customer. There is no typical day here at Global Rescue – one day you might be providing clarity on how a Global Rescue membership will help on a family vacation, to assisting our sales team to grow partner sales. You should be a team player, competitive, excellent multi-tasker, have great time management skills and enjoy helping find the right solutions for our members. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual with customer service skills looking to grow their career. Opportunity for daily and weekly incentive compensation based on team and individual performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Become a subject matter expert for Global Rescue’s products, policies, and systems allowing you to effectively describe the nature and scope of Global Rescue services
  • Help build the consumer membership business year over year
  • Generate new & renewal revenue from new inbound inquiries & outbound calls
  • Serve as the liaison between the customers and various departments
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and follow-through
  • Efficient time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in in a group setting

COMPENSATION: Based on experience daily and weekly incentives benefits
