We're looking for a dynamic Project Manager, Global Services, to join our Foster City or New York office.
What Success Will Look Like:
- Plan and lead Implementation Services engagements for new and existing accounts from end-to-end based on contractual agreements; on-schedule, on-budget, within-scope.
- Prepare and maintain customer-facing project deliverables and presentations in accordance with account team decisions and communications, ensuring all team inputs are captured and completed within agreed up on timelines.
- Align project goals among diverse, cross-functional project stakeholders, gaining consensus to achieve interim milestones and project outcomes.
- Lead client and internal account team meetings, create agendas, take notes, send meeting minutes with follow-ups and action items
- Develop and maintain weekly, up-to-date status reports, reflecting overall project progress, tracking milestone achievements, and escalating risks, issues, blockers as needed.
- Guide Integration Engineering and Quality Engineering account-aligned colleagues through resource and capacity planning to meet project timelines, ensuring a seamless experience both for Clients, and internal account teams.
- Contribute to the internal knowledge base so you can share lessons learned with other resources.
- High aptitude for technical environments.
- Experienced Project Manager with ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple engagements of varying scope in a cross functional environment.
- Excellent communicator and meticulous in organization and project management skills.
- Experience implementing enterprise-level software projects at a client-facing or SaaS organization in an agile environment.
- Interest and pro-active willingness to contribute to: workflow, process, tools and team dynamics to help us manage and scale our rapid growth.
- Equally willing to learn and teach, while contributing to PMO best practices and policies.
- Experience with Observability tools (infrastructure, application, web or mobile, user experience).
- Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 2 years of Project Management or Implementation Management experience in a fast-paced environment - ideally in, or related to, the Media, Video Analytics, OTT and/or Applications Analytics space.
- Bonus: Prior experience working with tools such as Salesforce and JIRA.
