Lead Talent Development Partner

Remote

Annual compensation: $85,000 to $92,000 DOE

The Lead Talent Development Partner will oversee mid to large size initiatives through the program design lifecycle from scoping, research and analysis, design, development, and launch. They will also provide clear timelines through all phases, communicating with key partners, and selecting appropriate measurement for successful implementation. The Talent Development Partner will work closely with leadership to determine process deliverables and timelines and demonstrate change management skills, recognizing what points of change are being introduced and how to improve adoption of change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implements and leads employees through organizational talent development programs focused on learning, succession planning, talent review and assessment, career pathing, employee engagement, and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
  • Recieves input on programs from leaders, peers, and conducts independent research to understand application of best practices to programs.
  • Designs and conducts needs assessments, focus groups, or employee interviews with the goal of identifying areas for improvement and professional development.
  • Creates and implements programs to address performance gaps; monitors program progress to completion and uses data to relay results.
  • Assists in the design and implementation of development programs at all levels of the organization, including for executives development programs.
  • Prepares, organizes, and executes logistics for talent development projects, including HRIS requirements gathering, design, and testing.
  • Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with key internal clients.
  • Create engaging training opportunities and instructional resources for our employees.
  • Helps maintain the integrity of organizational structures, business and operating procedures, reporting relationships, and positive team interactions
  • Mentors other employees as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
  • Seven (7) years of Talent Development, succession planning and related experience

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Ability to work independently and in groups with minimal supervision
  • A consultative approach with strong stakeholder management skills, coupled with a demonstrated ability to influence and present to senior leaders High energy, enthusiastic, motivational training style.
  • Excellent writing and editing experience
  • Knowledge of adult learning theories and fundamental skills in the areas of training curriculum design and evaluation
  • Excellent computer skills and ability to quickly learn new technologies
