Requirements:
Completion of secondary school
Completion of a community college course in the
foodservice administration/ related field OR minimum 2 years
of experience in food preparation or service
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and have
excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work on all shifts (morning, day, evening &
weekend)
Responsibilities:
Supervise, co-ordinate the activities of food counter
attendants and kitchen staff to maintain quality standards
Maintain inventory records and ordering food materials,
and supplies as required
Keep up to date records of equipment repairs and food
wastages
Prepare daily food orders and sales reports
Establish work schedules and procedures
Train staff in restaurant policies and procedures, and
sanitation, and safety procedures
Ensure that food and service meet quality control
standards
Address customers' complaints or concerns
Assist manager in the recruitment of staff and cost
estimates
