Our medical facility in East Orlando, FL seeking a skilled and compassionate individual with a passion for medical care to join our team. The Medical Assistant's primary responsibility will be to ensure that the office runs smoothly by assisting with administrative tasks, answering phones, scheduling appointments, filing and assisting the doctors in their daily tasks. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a medical facility and will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Receptionist experience a PLUS!!

Responsibilities:

• Treat patients in a professional and courteous manner.
• Receive patients' medical histories and document them accurately.
• Give patients information about their medications and treatment plans.
• Schedule appointments for patients.
• Provide administrative support for doctors.
• Answer phones and schedule appointments for the practice.
• Assist doctors in the examination room by preparing equipment and ensuring that the work environment is clean, organized, and safe.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
