JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for executing the Quality Assurance functions of the division, including but not limited to Quality policies, procedures and programs to insure compliance to the ISO 9001 – 2015 standard, customer specifications, and customer satisfaction. Promote positive relations with the production staff to enhance the Quality culture and awareness.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervise the Quality Clerk and Technician 1 as needed when QA supervisor and/or manager are absent
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: 2 year degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
Experience: 1-5 years in a Quality Engineering/Technician discipline. 1-2 years of supervisory experience
Computer Skills: CAD, Microsoft Office, SPC based software and excel
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: None
Special Requirements: Proficient in GD&T , Blueprint reading, Knowledgeable of SPC, PPAP submissions including FMEA, GAGE R&R, and Control Plan creation. Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes to include: stamping, laser, CNC punch, press brake and welding. Good communication skills, team player, ability to multi-task.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and present findings to management.
Language Skills
Ability to read, and understand work instructions, procedures, and specifications.
Ability to respond to common inquiries.
Ability to generate concise graphs and reports for presentation.
