Description

This is a perfect opportunity for someone who has a passion for traveling and enjoys helping others plan their next adventure! 

 Duties/ Responsibilities

• Assist members with travel – air, car, hotel, cruises, and tours. 
• Record keeping of all calls and outcomes. 
• Communication with clients
• Stay up to date with VIP cruises or tour specials. 
• Understand and apply new computer enhancements. 
• Stay updated on sales. 
• Reply to GDV request. 
• Assist with promotions outside the office
• Stay up to date on website cruises and tours.
• Awareness of airline changes, including luggage fees, penalties, new restrictions, Visas, and COVID 19 rules.
• Check Ques daily. 
• Backup for ARC report.
• Main agent for renewal getaways. 
• Serve as a backup agent for Corporate Accounts. 
• Engage in vendor lunches and vendor training. 
• Help keep “library” stocked with current tour and cruise brochures and other supplies.
• Help maintain organization within the travel department.
• Assist and support other team members.
• All duties as assigned.

Requirements

 Minimum Requirements, Abilities and Expectations

• High school diploma or equivalent 
• Preferred, 1-2 years of experience
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective ongoing relationships
• Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to deliver consistent, exceptional customer service
• Proficient with city, airline, hotel and car rental codes
• Strong computer skills and confidence to learn new systems
• Professional integrity and sense of responsibility and accountability 
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
