Description

• Assist Travel Consultants in all aspects of arranging leisure travel arrangements– air, car, hotel, cruises, and tours
• Answer phone calls and emails from our customer base – build relationships
• Paperwork compilation, payment processing, the process of pre-trip literature
• Assist with issues members may encounter while traveling.
• Work on websites and data entry
• Maintains organization within the travel department
• Price shop itineraries and better fares for our customer base
• Conduct reporting and provide updates as needed
• Provide general travel administrative needs
• Help keep the “library” stocked with the current tour and cruise brochures and other supplies
• All duties as assigned
• Job GROWS into being a travel consultant

•  High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to deliver consistent, exceptional customer service
• Strong computer skills and confidence to learn new systems
• Professional integrity and sense of responsibility and accountability
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
