Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and productivity. This role requires strong administrative skills, the ability to supervise staff, and excellent organizational abilities.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance and support
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handle payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payments
- Maintain bookkeeping in Quickbooks and provide financial reporting.
- Oversee file management systems, ensuring proper organization and confidentiality
- Assist with budgeting and financial reporting
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs as needed
- Support the executive team with various administrative tasks
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in an office administration role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent supervisory and leadership abilities
- Proficient in payroll processing and schedule management
- Proficient in Quickbooks and bookkeeping
- Familiarity with file management systems and office software applications
