Home Care Aide / Caregiver Honest. Reputable. Caring. We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Caregiver to provide excellent care and support for individuals struggling with activities of daily living to developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities : · Assist Clients with daily living activities · Provide care and supervision to clients. Report to supervisor of updates · Collaborate with clients and families for best care opportunities · Maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment · Assist with dressing, grooming, bathing and other personal hygiene activities on a daily basis · Light housekeeping tasks, laundry, and meal preparation · Medication Reminders · Respite Care Qualifications : · Previous experience in personal care or other related fields preferred · Compassionate and caring demeanor · Ability to build rapport with clients · First Aid / CPR training (Preferable) · For working with autistic behavioral young clients CPI / DSP 1,2 - Required · Be in good physical condition · Valid Driver License and Reliable transportation Requirements : Must have HCA registration with the DSS, and also past CNA license, and 3 years’ experience in a skilled nursing facility, assisted living facility, or hospital or rehabilitation facility · Must be at least 18 years of age · Must have legal authorization to work in the US · Complete a Criminal Background Check (clearance from FBI and DOJ) · Home Care Aide Registration · TB clearance and Health Screening · Covid-19 full vaccination · Must be able to work weekends too Benefits : · Flexible scheduling various shifts ranging from 4 to 8 hours per day · Paid online training · 3 paid sick days (after 90 days probation) · 3 paid holidays in a year · Referral program · Employee Appreciation performance bonus, gift card · Weekly Paycheck · We offer a free pension plan after 1,000 hours work, a contribution of at least 7 ½% of your annual wages (1 year eligibility;
