- Respond to incoming calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
- Collect customer payments and follow up on missed payments or past due accounts
- Talking with suppliers to find the best price and availability of inventory
- Keep, organize and maintain paper and electronic records of jobs and progress
- Quoting products and services to customers in a manner consistent with maintaining profitability and efficiency
- Assist in receiving materials, and stocking them in the shop
- Complete work order paperwork, return customer calls and emails, and respond to customer concerns
- Perform other duties as needed, which may include cross-training in related positions
- Computer savvy, with working knowledge of word processing, general business software and spreadsheet applications
- Experience billing and managing customer accounts
- Comfortable handling customer conversations, objections, and managing expectations
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent personal organizational and time management skills
- Professional appearance and personality
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
- Trades work and dispatch experience a plus!
