Glanzmann Subaru is Hiring an Automotive Sales Manager Near Hatboro, PA

Overview:
Glanzmann Subaru of Willow Grove, PA is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our Management Team. As a Subaru Sales Manager, you will be in a leadership role that is responsible for driving sales of new and pre-owned vehicles, working with the sales team to achieve company objectives and goals, and developing the sales team to reach new levels of success. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a high volume, customer satisfaction focused, rewarding sales environment.

Duties:
- Ensure consistent delivery of a customer sales experience that meets company standards and expectations.
- Motivate, counsel, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
- Assist sales team in developing monthly performance goals.
- Monitor staff's daily, weekly, monthly performance and provide assistance, training, and coaching as needed.
- Maintain customer satisfaction consistent with company standards.
- Ensure accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Maintain positive relations with our industry partners.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in automotive sales and sales management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using automotive software and CRM systems
- Strong value building skills
- Ability to effectively manage and control inventory
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Knowledge of the local market and customer preferences
