Duties:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum to stimulate children's cognitive, social, and emotional growth
- Create a safe and nurturing environment where children can learn and play
- Manage classroom activities and ensure a structured daily schedule
- Educate children on basic skills such as letters, numbers, colors, and shapes
- Implement behavior management techniques to promote positive interactions among students
- Collaborate with parents to provide updates on children's progress and address any concerns
- Provide individualized attention to children with special education needs
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom conducive to learning

Skills:
- Proficiency in child welfare and development principles
- Strong curriculum development skills tailored to preschool-aged children
- Effective classroom management techniques to engage young learners
- Ability to educate and inspire young minds in a nurturing environment
- Experience in behavior management strategies for preschoolers
