Job Summary:
Fast growing motor vehicle private agency/title company has an immediate FULL TIME office administrative assistant position available with growth opportunity, for highly motivated multi-tasking individual with fluent (ENGLISH) at their new location in Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn area. Couple minutes away from Sheepshead Bay subway station, train B and Q).
This is a great opportunity for an individual who is detail oriented, multi-tasking with good verbal, written and organizational skills to work in a great environment in a multimillion-dollar company.
Qualifications:
· Minimum 5 years of administrative experience in the USA.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Authorized to work in the US.
· Lived in the USA for over 7 years.
· High School degree.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Orchestrating and managing the company’s calendar.
· Extremely organized and able to multi-task and prioritize workflow.
