The Production Assistant will assist from pre-production through production by working closely with vendors/factories, sales team and Production Manager. This role requires strong organization skills, and understanding of deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities:
-Request fabric, cost and garment cost.
-Assist sales team on all product development needs.
-Assist Production Manager with all stages of production.
-Track development and production samples.
-Prep and send out samples to buyers
-Daily update and maintenance of WIP
-Daily communication with vendors and factories
Requirements:
-Basic knowledge of garment construction, specifications, fabrications
-Highly motivated who thrives with minimal supervision with tight deadlines
-Highly organized
-Great Excel and Google Drive skills
-Must be able to multitask
-Excellent follow-up skills
-Must work well with others in a close team environment
-Must be able to work with tight deadlines
-Minimum 2 years experience production or product development experience required
