You will contribute to the creation of the Girl Scout Mission while working to achieve membership goals.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Effectively manage team members utilizing Managerial Practices, including continuous improvement, conducting regular one-on-one meetings, team meetings, on-going coaching and completion of performance effectiveness appraisal reports within established timeframes.
2. Lead the troop support specialist team to meet or exceed approved annual council membership retention goal for girls and adults.
a. Develop and carry out strategic plans of work to meet goals
b. Develop council plan of work with peer membership managers
c. Maintain record keeping of membership, goals and events
3. Lead the troop support team to develop and maintain relations with volunteers to meet or exceed retention and early bird renewal goals by providing the best possible customer service to our members, including returning communications within 36 hours.
4. Meet or exceed annual budget requirements.
