Duties:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process
- Utilize effective negotiation skills to close sales deals
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions as required

Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for customers
- Ability to negotiate effectively to secure sales deals
- Experience in outside sales, preferably in a similar industry
- Proven track record of success in sales, with the ability to meet or exceed targets
- Knowledge of outbound sales techniques and strategies
- Sales support experience, including CRM systems and order processing
- Previous experience in retail sales is beneficial
