Duties:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure efficiency
- Manage office staff
- Maintain office files and records
- Handle phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Assist with tasks such as recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations
- Perform insurance claims and verification
- Manage office budgeting and expenses effectively
- Develop and maintain office schedules for staff
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies and services
