Overview

Gilbane is seeking a Senior Project Manager to be responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome initially of a significant (appx $4B) , five year healthcare construction management project ; as well as mentoring multiple Project Managers and Engineers. This role will sit primarily on the job site, with occasional travel to the office for trainings, meetings, etc. Note that this initial project is located in Rochester, MN and is scheduled to go to 2030 with more work to follow in Minnesota. We are offering competitive relocation packages.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise work of project administration, project superintendents, and engineers to establish operational priorities
• Produce all elements of project execution plan and implement
• Provide jobsite leadership in the area of safety and quality

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION

• BS OR MS degree in Engineering or Construction Management
• 10-15 years in the lead role on projects valued at $50-100 million or larger
• Healthcare, industrial, life sciences or data center construction experience strongly preferred
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Strong technical and communication skills are critical
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Knowledge of Procore, Microsoft Office (preferred)
