SUMMARY:

Crenlo has an exciting opportunity inside our Project Management Group for a highly motivated and well-rounded candidate. Crenlo Project Managers are responsible for providing high level program guidance across cross functional internal and external teams while driving towards best in class on-time delivery, quality, and cost metrics. A successful candidate will be comfortable in self-directed environments and should have a proven record of developing strong working relationships to generate positive outcomes. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinates program activities related to project definition, planning, and execution of projects while utilizing Crenlo Gate Process
• Showcases on-time delivery with flawless program launches from design startup to production release
• Ensures quality by meeting customer expectations and ensuring PPAP expectations are met
• Maintains program budgets and exceeds gross margin
• Coordinates, manages and supports new products from inception through operations production launch up to and including associated change management
• Acts as the single point of contact for internal and external team members on project status, execution, and escalation
• Coordinates and leads large scale current production model year updates and change requests as needed
• Actively solicits internal and customer feedback to improve business relationships
• Escalates key messages to the broader internal/external organizations in an effective and timely manner to ensure program success

• Experience planning and executing complex manufacturing projects
• Exhibits accountability in difficult situations, capable of carrying difficult messages with a high level of emotional intelligence
• Capable of identifying, communicating, and escalating critical path items throughout internal and external organization structures
• Exceptional organizational, problem solving and written/oral communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong PC based skills

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or at least 2 years related experience.
• Associate degree in business or related field or at least 5 years related experience.
• PMP certification preferred but not required.

WORKING CONDITIONS/OTHER:

• Full Time, Salary-Exempt, 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday
• Minimal travel required.
• This job works in a normal office environment with no undue exposure to noise, dust, odors, drafts, etc.
• Sitting/standing, free to move around, some repetitive movements (i.e., keyboarding)
• Sustained visual concentration on numbers, policy documents, etc. while viewing small areas such as monitors and small screens.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of federal and state employment law, compliance, trends, new technologies and best practices in areas of responsibilities.
