As our Senior Relationship Manager, you will be working closely with our customers and their representatives, building relationships with potential new customers, and strengthening those relationships whenever possible.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for securing new business projects.
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth.
• Focuses on creating new client relationships with targeted clients.
• Plans and assists in the preparation of presentations for potential clients.
• Prospects for new business opportunities through the development of relationships with key buying influences within targeted accounts.
• Networks with architectural firms, engineering firms, commercial realtors, and property owners to build productive relationships that lead to referrals, and early insights on potential jobs.
• Attends and networks at trade associations and participates in association committees.

Skills & Requirements

• Experience in the construction industry performing similar primary responsibilities listed
• Understands the various commercial construction project delivery methods
• Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and market expansion.
