Position Summary:
The position of dishwasher maintains the cleanliness of the kitchen area and ensures that all dishes, utensils, glassware and pots are washed and properly cleaned. The position also assures that the cleaned inventory of such items is maintained for use in the restaurant.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen walls and shelves and cleanliness of overall kitchen Assist with preparation of any production items, (peel potatoes, onions etc..) Remove dirty pots/pans from the cooks’ line

Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred. No experience required.
Skills:
Ability to communicate verbally with other kitchen staff in fast-paced environment; ability to frequently use hands and fingers to feel, pull, push, and lift; ability to stand for long periods of time and frequently lift up to 50 lbs; auditory and visual skills; ability to follow instructions and procedures.
