Responsibilities:

• Responsible for hiring, coaching and developing diesel technicians & dealership personnel
• Management of personnel and store schedules
• Complete profit and loss responsibilities including expense control and attainment of sales goals
• Maintain superior customer service through dealership top-notch culture & follow up
• Sales growth through local customer relationships
• Provide training and support
• Supervise an experienced Service Department (Technicians & Service Advisors)
• Maintain building facilities & safety of dealership
• Asset & inventory control management. Equipment & tool management.
• Maintain safe work environment. Safety meeting & weekly coaching.
• Exceed monthly sales and bottom-line results
• Grow market share in truck, parts & service from Goleta to Paso Robles
• Have Fun

Qualifications

• Consistent track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Knowledge of ADP (CDK) preferred or strong computer skills
• Minimum 3-5 years of automotive experience – preferred
• Management Experience – 5 years required
• Excellent communication ability & phone skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Understanding of inventory control & asset management
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic
• Ambitious, goal oriented, and able to work within a dynamic environment
• Valid Driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
• Sales oriented
