Job Overview:

We are seeking a Help Desk Analyst to join our IT support team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. - Provide technical assistance with desktop support, software troubleshooting, and mobile devices
- Utilize tools such as ServiceNow, SCCM, GPO, and Meraki for effective problem resolution
- Assist in maintaining and configuring software applications
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement solutions and enhancements
- Document all support activities and resolutions accurately

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills to interact with users at all levels
- Proficiency in IT support tools like ServiceNow, SCCM, GPO, and Meraki
- Experience in desktop support, software troubleshooting, and technical support
- Familiarity with mobile devices and their configurations
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Contract
