Responsibilities Include:

In this role, you will receive comprehensive training to work with state-of-the-art technology that plays a crucial role in manufacturing fascinating products across diverse industries such as automotive, retail, pharmaceutical, electronics, agrochemical, and energy applications. Each day will bring exciting new challenges as we strive to enhance efficiency, minimize downtime, and grow our operations. We are seeking a candidate who is driven to learn, and who proactively takes the initiative to contribute to our ongoing improvement efforts.

· Complete preventive maintenance tasks to install, repair, and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment.

· Troubleshoot and facilitate fixes of manufacturing equipment, including motors, pumps, hydraulics, dryers, compressors, process lines, and boilers.

· Observe mechanical devices in operation to locate the sources of problems and identify necessary repairs.

· Evaluate, repair, and maintain general plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems within the building.

· Utilize our CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to update work orders, recording key metrics such as task time, parts used, and diagnostic findings.

· Contribute to the creation of a positive, productive, and safe work environment.

Requirements:

· Preferred qualifications include a minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance or related certifications.

· Strong commitment to practicing safe behaviors in the work environment.

· Demonstrates a positive and team-based attitude towards work and collaboration.

· Possesses a strong mechanical aptitude and exhibits creative problem-solving skills.

· Has a mindset for paying attention to detail and the ability to work independently when necessary.
