Responsibilities Include:

• Load raw materials into vessels using pumps.
• Monitor and control reaction conditions using electronic PLC systems.
• Collaborate with the Quality Control team to test and adjust batches during the manufacturing process.
• Package finished goods into containers of varying sizes, from 1-liter to 55-gallon drums.
• Operate a forklift to organize pallets of raw materials for upcoming batches.
• Actively participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement efforts.
• Maintain industrial housekeeping standards and adhere to proper personal protective equipment usage to ensure a safe work environment.
• Adhere to written operating procedures and maintain meticulous record-keeping of information.
• Foster a positive, productive, and safe work environment as a top priority.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be willing to undergo a drug test as a condition of employment.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Familiarity with operating pumps and electronic PLC systems.
• Forklift operation experience is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow operating procedures and maintain accurate records.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
• A positive attitude and willingness to actively contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
