Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and actively seek out new sales opportunities in the lawn care sector
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
• Educate customers about our lawn care services
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services to customers
• Close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the lawn care industry or a related field
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for achieving results
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
• Knowledge of lawn care products, services, and industry trends
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally as needed
• Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or business-related fields is a plus
