We need someone who can:
· Post all payable invoices into the system daily, or as received.
· Process weekly and monthly check runs to vendors and follow up on invoices not received.
· Communicate effectively with other department staff related to A/P issues.
· Assist with other check processing or projects as requested by Management.
· Process and distribute Accounts Payable mail daily.

Qualifications for hire:
Dealership accounting experience and Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Strong computer skills
Great attitude and work ethic
Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check, MVR and drug test.

Pay: $45,721.00 - $53,397.00 per year

• Reynolds & Reynolds: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
