Get Spiffy Inc. is Hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner Near Durham, NC

Are you looking for a new challenge in your recruiting career? Join Get Spiffy as our Talent Acquisition Partner and help us revolutionize the automotive industry! In this role, you'll lead the recruitment for high-volume Technician positions as well as Management roles across multiple locations nationwide. Collaborating with hiring managers, you'll identify staffing needs, devise recruitment strategies, and support the onboarding process for new hires. Position is hybrid and requires in office attendance at least 4 days a week in our Durham office. 

Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates through various channels to build a talent pipeline
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to meet recruitment objectives
  • Participate in recruitment strategy meetings and manage the interview process
  • Review resumes and conduct video and phone interviews
  • Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and hiring teams
  • Ensure compliance with EEOC requirements and employment laws
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in the automotive sector
  • Familiarity with UKG Ready or other applicant tracking systems
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices
  • Basic understanding of HR laws and principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable
  • Preference given to those with experience utilizing recruitment reporting and data analytics
