Key ResponsibilitiesManage the logistical aspects of investigational product cell journeys, including transport arrangements, customs clearance, and communication with relevant parties.
Serve as a vital link between clinical trial teams, ensuring seamless coordination and compliance with study requirements.
Uphold the integrity of product chain of identity and custody throughout the journey.
Provide round-the-clock support through our on-call response program, ensuring continuity and reliability.
Keep meticulous track of journey information using various tools and platforms.
Foster strong partnerships with external vendors and service providers to optimize logistics operations.
What We're Looking ForA detail-oriented individual with a passion for logistics and clinical trial operations.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders.
