Reporting directly to our CEO, this leadership position requires a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in luxury dining and hospitality. Your mission is to drive operational efficiencies, enhance guest experiences, and spearhead growth initiatives while fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. Key Responsibilities
Lead operations across various departments, including Culinary, Front of House, Hotel Operations, IT, Purchasing, and Construction.
Champion our values and foster a diverse, inclusive, and respectful work environment.
Ensure strict compliance with all operational regulations and standards.
Identify operational improvements, propose solutions, and drive their implementation.
Strategize new venue openings while maintaining our high standards.
Collaborate closely with the Executive Team to achieve operational and financial excellence.
Develop and implement operational strategies with measurable outcomes.
Manage budgets, motivate teams, and drive operational audits.
Contribute to strategic planning, risk management, and leveraging technology to enhance guest experiences.
Drive financial performance through innovative revenue management strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum 15 years of executive experience in luxury dining, hotel, or hospitality.
Expertise in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis.
Strong problem-solving and leadership skills with a focus on teamwork and cultural excellence.
Deep understanding of regulatory requirements in relevant markets.
Proven ability to manage complex operations and projects effectively.
