Key Responsibilities
- Lead operations across various departments, including Culinary, Front of House, Hotel Operations, IT, Purchasing, and Construction.
- Champion our values and foster a diverse, inclusive, and respectful work environment.
- Ensure strict compliance with all operational regulations and standards.
- Identify operational improvements, propose solutions, and drive their implementation.
- Strategize new venue openings while maintaining our high standards.
- Collaborate closely with the Executive Team to achieve operational and financial excellence.
- Develop and implement operational strategies with measurable outcomes.
- Manage budgets, motivate teams, and drive operational audits.
- Contribute to strategic planning, risk management, and leveraging technology to enhance guest experiences.
- Drive financial performance through innovative revenue management strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of executive experience in luxury dining, hotel, or hospitality.
- Expertise in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis.
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills with a focus on teamwork and cultural excellence.
- Deep understanding of regulatory requirements in relevant markets.
- Proven ability to manage complex operations and projects effectively.
