We are looking for a Remote Customer Service Specialist who is enthusiastic, customer-focused, and capable of providing exceptional service to our clients and their customers.
ResponsibilitiesProvide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone or email, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively resolve issues and answer questions.
Offer solutions and suggestions for new products and services based on the customers' needs and preferences.
Efficiently manage and document all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
Collaborate with team members to achieve collective and individual goals.
Embrace continuous improvement by contributing ideas on ways to optimize our service processes.
Education & ExperienceHigh School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Customer Service Experience.Preferred: 1-3 years of experience in a call center environment.
Skills & AttributesStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to quickly adapt to new technology and systems.
Strong attention to detail with superb follow-up skills.
A proactive, goal-oriented approach to work, with a strong drive to achieve results.
Team player with a cooperative spirit and innovative mindset.
Work ScheduleFull-time, 40 hours per week.
Monday to Friday with weekend availability required.
CompensationBase salary of $21.90 per hour plus performance-based commission.
Total annual compensation between $64,000 to $72,000 depending on experience and performance.
