The Project Manager will provide daily management for the project teams and personally handle coordination and management of all project services to include pre-construction, scheduling, assisting in competitive bidding as needed, contract administration, budgeting and financial management within an approximate 150-mile radius from Nashville, TN. This position will manage multiple projects from when the project is awarded through when the project is closed out. The Project Manager will also be responsible for understanding all aspects of operations, working cohesively with superintendents, subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, architects and clients to ensure all project requirements are carried out successfully. The Project Manager will also foster the development of processes that will maximize stewardship, safety, quality and productivity.
