Night Auditor

The Georgian Lakeside Resort is currently seeking a professional and motivated person for the position of Night Auditor. We’re looking for a hardworking professional with strong customer service skills and ability to focus on the attention to details.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Full or Part Time position available
• Perform all front desk functions and provide the highest quality customer service.
• Address issues that arise on property during the shift.
• Run audit reports/journals from the motel and food and beverage operations and prepare summary statements for management review
• Balance all reports and make notations for management of any daily discrepancies.

Front Desk Duties

• Greet and welcome guests
• Create memorable experiences with a warm, welcoming personality
• Check-in and check-out guests in accordance with established established procedures and policies
• Promote hotel services and facilities. Provide guests with information such as local attractions.
• Follow thought on guest requests, guest problems or guest complaints
• Reports any maintenance, security, or safety issues to the appropriate staff
• Execute hotel emergency procedures and situations with maturity and professionalism
• Knowledge of all hotel rates and promotions
• Ensures that the lobby and front desk area is clean, organized, visually appealing, and well stocked with all necessary supplies
• Takes on additional duties as requested by management

Qualifications and Skills

• General knowledge of front office operations
• Computer experience
• Ability to communicate, verbally, and in writing, effectively with guests and co-workers
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Must be able to work on your feet for extended periods of time

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
