Job Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships with our valued customers.
Duties:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product information and assist customers with placing orders
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide additional information
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records
- Assist with order processing, tracking, and fulfillment
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer inquiries
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Strong phone etiquette and excellent communication skills in English (Spanish language skills are a plus)
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
