The Role

As a Business Intelligence Engineer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the data-driven culture of our company. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions that empower our teams with the insights they need to make informed decisions. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and communication skills, as you will work closely with stakeholders across various departments to understand their data needs and deliver tailored analytics solutions. Your contributions will directly impact our strategic initiatives, operational efficiency, and overall success by providing timely, accurate, and actionable intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy BI solutions such as dashboards, reports, and analytics tools using BI platforms like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Develop and maintain data models, ETL processes, and data warehouses to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Manage, analyze, and communicate insights to senior leadership
  • Provide training and support to business users on BI tools and best practices.
  • Stay current with industry trends and developments in BI technologies and methodologies.
Who You Are
  • 3 years of experience and bachelor's degree in a related field (Finance, Business, Computer Science, etc.).
  • Proficient SQL and experience with data warehousing solutions (e.g. Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
  • Strong skills in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar.
  • Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and data modeling.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.

$128,000 - $192,000 a year
The typical salary range for this position is from $128,000-$192,000 annually. The base pay offered may vary depending on a variety of factors including, your qualifications, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
