Responsibilities:
Business Intelligence Analyst, Learning and Development
Duties and Job Responsibilities:
- Develop Power BI reports to further Client's skills agenda
- Manage the full reporting lifecycle from requirements gathering and development, to UAT and publishing.
- Partner with ITS and L&D Operations teams to align processes that enhance learning analytics capabilities
- Be a strategic partner for internal stakeholders by educating them about their data
- 1-2 years experience developing Power BI reports
- Intermediate understanding of M and DAX languages for Power BI data modeling and visualization
- Experience with complex data modeling for BI reports
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bonus: Power Platform or Power Automate experience; Microsoft analytics related certification (e.g. DA-100)
