Meet our Sweet Pea Family!

Our Sweet Pea family has 2 adorable young school-age children and are looking for a Nanny / Family Assistant to join their household in the cozy neighborhood of Cole Valley, SF. Their children both go to school between 8am-3pm and will need a mix of drop offs and pick ups during the week. In between time can be focused on Family Assistant work to help keep the household running efficiently and smoothly.

They are looking for a flexible candidate who is open to 2-3 morning shifts and 2-3 afternoon/ evening shifts with household support sprinkled in. Both parents work full-time positions outside of the home so it’s important that this candidate be able to take a proactive role while with the children as well as within the household when the children are in school.

The family values transparent communication, creativity and a positive go-getter personality!

Childcare Duties:

School pick up & drop off, healthy meal planning, setting appropriate boundaries, creative play & planning activities.

Household Duties:

Organization, Meal Prep, Errands, Tidying & laundry

Qualifications:

• Experience with young school age children

• Excellent & safe driver, DMV record and city savvy! (Family car provided if needed)

• Must have a genuine passion for working with children

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to adapt to the family's needs and routines as well as help out in the household with laundry, meal prep, errands, tidying and organizing.

• Looking for a long-term position with a 1-5 year commitment

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3-5 years of recent, professional experience

• Strong English communication skills

• Strong references from past employers

• Willing to pass two background checks (Trustline & Nanny Verify)

• Ability to make at least a 1-3 year minimum commitment

• U.S. Citizen /Work Authorization

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record CPR Certification if applicable

• Currently updated vaccinations including flu, Tdap, proof of Covid 19 Boosters
