Vernon to Olympia, ideally residing between Everett to TacomaFull Time - starting pay range $100,000-$135,000 based on experienceExperience - 2 years of HVAC Service Technician field experience, 5 years of related work experience, excellent knowledge of HVAC industry, and Sales Team and Customer training.

Perks - Company car, tools, laptop, cell phoneSummaryThe Regional High Efficiency Product Specialist will provide Gensco customers, branches and Team Members with product, application, service, technical support, and training on Mitsubishi high efficiency products.

Duties and Responsibilities1. Customer ServiceRespond via phone, voicemail, or email to Gensco customers and team members within 24 hours.

Follow through on all commitments.Assist with the resolution of all customer opportunities and issues (quotes, options, disputes, warranties, and product failures) within 24 hours.

Assist with the resolution of all consumer complaints within 24 hours.2. SalesWith assistance from the OSR, develop up to 20 key residential and commercial accounts targeted for dramatic growth.

Responsible to attain Regional and Branch Mitsubishi sales goals. Recognize Ductless opportunities in a contractor’s business.

Effectively communicate the profit story for owners and managers.Design Assistance : Understand system components and how they work.

Teach contractors’ teams how to use the Design System Builder software.Tailored Training : Provide training on installation, service, and sales.

Design training on product knowledge and application.3. TrainingResponsible for monthly training and education on Mitsubishi products at the branches on the following : Product knowledge.

Installation.Service.Assists OSRs with providing new dealers with technical training on the application, installation, service, and repair.

4. InventoryWork with local Branch Managers and Corporate Purchasing Department to : Communicate market trends and inventory movement on key accounts.

Communicate accessory opportunities.5. Service SupportProvide service and technical help (as requested) daily along with other duties.

Spend one day per week 100% in Mitsubishi service / technical support for all customers within Gensco regions.6. Startup AssistanceAssist customers with startup on : M&P (new dealers only).

PUMY P Series Hyper Heat.City Multi.7. Quote AssistanceAssist the local branches and OSRs on more technical Mitsubishi quotes.

Responsible for design assistance upon request by local branches, OSRs, and customers, which may include providing the actual quote.

Education / Experience / Skills5 years of related work experience and excellent knowledge of HVAC industryDemonstrated ability to manage details and meet deadlines with 100% accuracyCustomer service-oriented approach, responds to requests with a sense of urgencyProactive, self-motivated, able to recognize issues and resolve or escalate appropriatelyStrong people skills and be able to portray Partnership Proposal effectivelyAbility to use tact and diplomacy in sensitive situationsStrong presentation skillsWilling to think outside of the box and identify process improvement opportunitiesHigh degree of honesty, ethics, and integrityAble to operate personal computer, calculator, other office machines and proficient in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Able to work sitting or standing and to move freely throughout the facilityAble to lift and carry equipment and supplies on a frequent basisAble to travel as requiredAbout GenscoGensco, Inc.
