Inviting applications for the role of Vice President, Global Analyst Relations

The Global Analyst Relations Leader is a critical role within Genpact's marketing and communications team, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with industry analysts worldwide. This role reports directly into the CMO. This individual will be instrumental in shaping our company's reputation and market presence through strategic engagement with influential analysts. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the professional services industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in analyst relations.

Responsibilities

•Analyst Relationship Management: Develop and nurture relationships with key industry analysts, serving as the primary point of contact for analyst inquiries, briefings, and engagements.

•Strategic Engagement: Create and execute a global analyst relations strategy aligned with Genpact's business objectives, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning.

•Briefings and Engagements: Organize and facilitate analyst briefings, meetings, and events to share insights, updates, and developments within the organization.

•Information Sharing: Proactively provide analysts with relevant information about Genpact's offerings, capabilities, and successes.

•Market Intelligence: Monitor and analyze industry analyst reports, trends, and competitive landscapes, providing actionable insights to internal stakeholders.

•Internal Alignment: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, product, and executive leadership, to ensure alignment in messaging and strategy.

•Advocacy Programs: Develop and manage programs to engage analysts as advocates for [Company Name], including participation in events, speaking opportunities, and advisory boards.

•Measurement and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of analyst relations efforts, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.

•Budget Management: Manage the analyst relations budget efficiently, maximizing resources to achieve strategic objectives.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills

•Demonstration of general marketing and business understand usually represented through a bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master's degree preferred)

•A proven track record in analyst relations, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, which is usually represented by relevant years of experience in similar roles

•Deep understanding of analyst relations best practices, processes, and trends

•Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with industry analysts

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear and compelling messages

•Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

•Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach

•Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across departments and geographies

•Experience working in a global organization with diverse teams and stakeholders is a plus

•Proven experience in a leadership role within a global organization, preferably in the professional services or technology industry.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $200000 to $250000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
