GENLED Brands seeks to hire a full-time Accounts Receivable Specialist with experience handling both domestic and international invoices to support our global LED manufacturing businesses. Responsibilities
- Manage the Accounts Receivable email.
- Manage customer invoicing.
- Work closely with Customer Service, Production & Shipping departments to invoice customers.
- Interact with customers regarding past due invoices.
- Send out customer statements on a regular basis.
- Respond to customer inquiries.
- Research and correct customer invoicing discrepancies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business or related field from a four-year college or university
- Ability to work with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines
- Familiarity with general financial policies, payment terms and procedures
- Accounting skills and general ledger account knowledge
- Strong knowledge of accounting, spreadsheet (MS Excel) and word processing (MS Word) software
- Ability to learn other computer software programs as required
- Independent, self-motivated work ethic
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
