ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST, U.S. East Rutherford, NJ

GENLED Brands seeks to hire a full-time Accounts Receivable Specialist with experience handling both domestic and international invoices to support our global LED manufacturing businesses. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the Accounts Receivable email.
• Manage customer invoicing.
• Work closely with Customer Service, Production & Shipping departments to invoice customers.
• Interact with customers regarding past due invoices.
• Send out customer statements on a regular basis.
• Respond to customer inquiries.
• Research and correct customer invoicing discrepancies.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business or related field from a four-year college or university
• Ability to work with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines
• Familiarity with general financial policies, payment terms and procedures
• Accounting skills and general ledger account knowledge
• Strong knowledge of accounting, spreadsheet (MS Excel) and word processing (MS Word) software
• Ability to learn other computer software programs as required
• Independent, self-motivated work ethic
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
